Things to consider before you contact us
If you are in need of our services please consider the following before you contact us.
Do you have access to electric?
Without access to a power source we are unable to power our compressor, heating equipment and tools. This makes it impossible to carry out the job. So please check you are able to provide us electric and that your vehicle is parked no further than 30 meters from the electric point.
Due to the length of our air hose we would need to be able to park within 10 meters of the car that is to be fixed. So if there is any possible restrictions to this such as disabled bays or other cars in the way ideally they would need to be moved. We are unable to run our power lead across a road so parking on the other side is also out of the question.
Is your car an import.
Our colour scheme we use to mix up your cars paint is based on all European based models, so if you have a vehicle which is an import from outside the EU then it might be best to contact us before we quote for the job. If we can’t make up the paint then we can’t carry out the job.
Where are you based?
Please check our website for a full list of areas we cover. If you live outside Hertfordshire Essex and North London then it would be pointless giving you a quote for work we couldn’t carry out.
Are you available?
We would need someone to be present when we carry out the work in order for us to have access to the car, access to electric and to be able to pay us when the job has been completed. Most jobs take around 2 hours.
We are only able to accept cash, cheque or bank transfer.
