Great Start To The Year
It’s been our best start to a year ever! So it’s a big thank you to all our regular customers out there, sorry that you have knocked your vehicle but thank you for thinking of us and using us time and time again.
We have seen a massive increase in the number of jobs in this period compared to previous years. This increase in workload for us started just before the Christmas holidays and has shown a steady increased since.
It’s not just been private customers; we have also seen an increase in the amount of cars we are fixing at our garages and showrooms too. On average we would take on 3-4 cars with multiple areas of damage per garage but since January its gone up 50%. More people are in the mood for a new car it seems.
I can only put this down to the increase in confidence since the economy started showing green shoots of recovery, and the fact that where other mobile car body repair services have fallen by the way side in hard times, we have weathered the storm and been perfectly place to reap the rewards. We are not political but the guys at number 10 seem to be doing something right.
As a result our workdays have become increasingly longer and therefor we are finding it hard to fit in all the extra work. The service we provide has always prided itself on quality of work, punctuality and customer service. Even in the midst of all the extra work we stand by our principles. As a result the time it takes from quote to job time has slightly increased, we are sorry for the delay but I’m sure you can sympathise with our situation.
We have know opened up our service for late jobs throughout the week as well as Saturdays and in the event of an emergency Sundays too. We aim to offer these extra working ours until we have taken on additional staff or until the work dies down slightly.
